Services Description We provide digital membership cards, voucher distribution, customer data analytics, and other services. Service details may be updated from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify the content of our services.

User Obligations You must ensure that you provide accurate information, protect the security of your account, and comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law. The use of our service for any illegal or unauthorized activities is prohibited.

You may terminate your subscription after a minimum commitment period of 2 months or after complete redemption of points (whichever comes first). Upon termination request, the service will cease at the end of your billing cycle or 3 days after the request (whichever is later). Unused points will be refunded upon termination according to our refund policy. Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request to suspend your service after a minimum commitment period of 2 months. Upon suspension request, the service will be suspended at the end of your billing cycle or 3 days after the request (whichever is later).

Disclaimer To the extent permitted by Australian law, the service is provided 'as is', and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the applicability or reliability of the service. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
