Services Description We provide digital membership cards, voucher distribution, customer data analytics, and other services. Service details may be updated from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify the content of our services.

User Obligations You must ensure that you provide accurate information, protect the security of your account, and comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law. You may request to suspend your service after a minimum commitment period of 2 months. Upon suspension request, the service will be suspended at the end of your billing cycle or 3 days after the request (whichever is later).

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
